The Ammies Sponsor Benefits

The Ammies will have an array of sponsorship (Title Sponsorship, Associate Sponsorship, Award Sponsorship & Media Sponsorship) and promotional opportunities at various levels and with the potential exposure to millions of people across Africa and Europe will be an excellent vehicle for international publicity.

We welcome hearing about potential interest and specific objectives, so that we can work with sponsors to create sponsorships/partnerships, which deliver.

•  The event will be broadcast via TV, radio, online and mobile and we will also use those channels to promote The Ammies. PR activity will target UK and overseas newspapers and specialist magazines and will be supplemented with a substantial advertising campaign

•  As will as resulting in mentions of your name in widespread media coverage this will bring an association with the most popular artists in the African continent and repeated publicity over the year when award winners are mentioned

•  As Principal Sponsor of The Ammies you will benefit from brand placement alongside all use of The Ammies logo. In addition, a seven months marketing campaign starting in October 2008, will provide a range of opportunities for coverage that will generate positive images of your brand:

•  Extensive news coverage in the media across the UK, Africa, North America and Europe including newspapers, lifestyle and music magazines. Plus promos, previews of nominations and voting forms and post event reviews

•  Plugging on popular radio stations predominantly in Africa, UK and France will boost your brand name further. Artist interviews will be conducted in the days prior to the show and branded free tickets will be given to the listeners through radio contests. This activity will be supplemented with branded radio jingles

•  The Ammies will be an internationally broadcast event. In addition, adverts will be screened on select TV channels in the run up to the event

•  Your brand will be promoted through our association with a major ISP portal, as well as The Ammies website. Online voting will be a feature of our online promotion

•  Ambient media in key cities in all relevant territories - billboard and poster campaigns, flyer distribution

•  An exclusive Souvenir Supplement published on the day of the show will be distributed along with major newspapers across the EU and Africa

•  A 10% ticket allocation for Principal Sponsor employees and guests offering a fantastic corporate hospitality opportunity

•  Branded still displays and video screening at the event and mentions throughout the presentations
