The Ammies - The Specifics

All acts of African background and influence can enter the awards. Entries are submitted from around the world to the Ammies core selection commmittee according to the predetermined categories.

The Ammies will have an array of sponsorship and promotional opportunities at various levels and with the potential exposure to millions of people across Africa, Europe and Asia.

Music lovers across Africa and in other parts of the world will participate in the viting process through various media including Internet, SMS and radio. The award winners will walk away with gold plated statues representing and African musician - a symbol of musical excellence. Celebrities will present the awards for each category.

The Ammies will welcome a global and televised audience broadcast across the world. It will also be streamed through the Ammies website.
